Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic components back into their original anti-static bags and protective foam to prevent any damage during transit, ensuring all cables and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
